About Us

PEI Lighthouse We have a love of cycling tours that have taken us through many wonderful places over two decades. Most of our trips have been self-guided and self-planned. They have taken us to many parts of the US and to France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, and Canada for periods of two to six weeks. We have learned the good and the not so good by trial and error.

We have used this experience to develop our self-guided cycling tours and have selected tours and routes we have liked and avoided the ones we didn’t like. Most of the inns or B&Bs we recommend are ones we have stayed in or have visited.

The tours are generally designed to be easy to moderate with reasonable distances. We hope you will enjoy the ride to your evening’s destination and the things to see and do once you are there. For the most part our destinations are selected to be quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The rest is up to you. Would you have it any other way?
