A deposit of $400 is required per person (except tours: #14, #23, #30 or #31 which each have a $250 deposit). Full payment is required if less than 45 days before the tour begins.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. A personal check drawn on a US bank account is also acceptable (call before sending).

Tour confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail (or regular mail on request) within 10 days of receiving your deposit. Some dates and requested accommodations may not be available. In this case we will work with you to find acceptable alternaptives. Please read the cancellation policy carefully.
