- Or complete a reservation form online and we will call you for deposit information.

Supplemental Tour Costs
Custom tours may result in supplemental costs above those in the tours listed on this web site. Examples are: extra persons in the room; separate beds; large groups requiring additional transportation. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you give notice of cancellation:
- More than 35 days in advance of the tour start date – we will refund all amounts paid less $100 per person.
- Less than 35 days notice – No refund is available.
- The Independent Tourist must receive written notice by
e-mail or regular mail no later than the above deadlines to apply proper
credit to your account.
Please contact us as soon as possible to assure the best outcome.
Cancellation by the Independent Tourist, LLC
We never expect to cancel a tour; however, certain unforeseen events beyond our control could occur making it impossible to fulfill your reserved tour. In this unlikely event, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid by you to the Independent Tourist for the cancelled tour (including the tours deposit). The Independent Tourist, LLC shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by you, such as airline, hotel or travel costs required to reach your tour starting point..
