Alternative Reservation Process – Booking – Fees and Payments

We now have two reservation processes built into our tour website functionality. Both are simple basic forms. The Booking Form function is capable on lap tops, phones, pads, etc. You will discover this option at the right during your web navigating. Our standard reservation form location is at the “Contact/PMT/RSVP” tool bar selecting “Reservations” on the drop down, is lap top capable only.  If you are a returning customer or feel more comfortable with a Reservation Form, we retained this form as an alternative way to make your reservations and payment.

Bike Tour Start Dates – As Available:

• PEI = June 1 to September 30
• Wisconsin = May 15 to October 15
• Katy Trail = April 1 – October 31
• Mickelson Trail = June 1 to Mid-July Mid Aug thru Sept 30

• RESERVE YOUR TOUR
  1. Select your preferred bike tour (example. #10 End to End Tour)
  2. Find preferred recommended day and date with each tour page.
  3. Add your preferred start day and up to two alternates on the reservation form. Your preferred start example for #10 could be Friday  June 4.
  4. Complete a reservation form below and make a deposit.

OTHER NOTES:

• All payments are in USD
• Our payment page allows you to pay securely online by major credit card using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
• Alternately you may call us directly at (309) 264-4514 or toll free at 1-(866) 269-9913 from US or Canada and provide a credit card for payment by phone.
• We may also accept a personal check drawn on a US bank account. PLEASE email or call before sending a check.
• A $400 per person is required to reserve a tour. A 30% deposit is highlighted per Reservation Form, but a manual $400 deposit fill in is capable. Auto set 30% deposit on the Booking Form. Either is secure, and we will provide and email balanced receipt.
• Tours cannot be confirmed until deposits are made.
• Groups can pay by person, by couple or other combination – we are flexible. Please note in comment box.
• Tour confirmation (completed itinerary) will be sent to you by email usually within 10 days of receiving your deposit.
• Balance is due 45 days before the tour begins.

Some dates and requested accommodations may not be available. In this case we will work with you to find acceptable alternatives. Please read the cancellation policy carefully.

To reserve your tour, fill out the associated Reservation Form or Booking Form and click ‘Reserve Your Tour Now.’  You will then be prompted to make a payment. Once completed, you will receive a email receipt and notification. Your tour director will also send an email confirming all systems go. We collect, use and process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
