Difficulty: 1 – 3 with some hills ending at 18 km marker when joining the flat trail.

Day 7 St. Peter's Bay to East Point Lighthouse

58 km (36 mi)

A beautiful ride is ahead as the route follows route 16 along the north side of the peninsula – a quiet road with regular glimpses of the sea shore.  If you would like to eliminate the hills a Confederation Trail option is available from St. Peter’s.  The trail is a little shorter (51km) and generally flat traveling more inland on this section.  At the end of your cycling day meet the mid-afternoon shuttle for a return ride to Charlottetown for your last overnight on the Island.
